Misspelling of Jewelry ?

If Jewelry is incorrect because we misspelled please contact sonmias@sonmias.co within 24hrs of receiving item in mail. Email pictures, order number & contact info. We will not accept claims if 24hrs has passed from delivery date. Must send product back in its original unworn and original packaging to be replaced. We will not replace if you the customer misspelled your jewelry. Customer is responsible to pay for all shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.

Cancellations:

Any jewelry order has up to 24hrs from original purchase date to make cancellation. Once 24hr window passes cancellation are not acceptable as the order is in production. Our team works very hard to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your package on time.
